Climate change isn't talked about much in Maldon - even though the dominant demographic of retirees are vulnerable to impacts like extended heat waves.

Amy Atkinson is the coordinator of  Maldon's Neighbourhood House - a not-for-profit at the heart of this thriving, vibrant, older community. She believes Neighbourhood house can lead grass roots change  - and is determined to help her community adapt to climate change whether they are sceptical about it or not.
